These Terms of Service govern your use of the LumiClean platform and our professional cleaning services. By booking with us, you accept these terms in full.
01 — Acceptance of Terms
By booking, you agree to these terms.
By accessing lumiclean.in or placing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LumiClean for the use of our platform and the provision of cleaning services. You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering a binding contract to use LumiClean.
02 — Our Services
What LumiClean offers.
LumiClean provides on-demand professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. Our current service offerings include:
Deep Cleaning — Comprehensive top-to-bottom cleaning including inside appliances, behind furniture, and detailed surface treatments.
Standard Cleaning — Regular maintenance cleaning covering all key areas to keep your home consistently spotless.
Airbnb & Short-Let Cleaning — Fast, guest-ready turnovers with hotel-quality presentation standards.
Eco-Friendly Cleaning — Non-toxic, plant-based products safe for children, pets, and allergy sufferers.
Commercial Cleaning — Tailored cleaning solutions for offices, retail spaces, and managed facilities.
All services are performed by background-checked, insured professionals who have completed our rigorous in-person training and quality assessment.
03 — Booking & Scheduling
Booking in 60 seconds, confirmed instantly.
Bookings are placed through our website or mobile app. By completing a booking, you confirm that:
The property address and access details you have provided are accurate and up to date.
You are legally authorised to grant our team access to the property — as owner, tenant, or authorised representative.
The property is in a condition that is reasonably safe and accessible for our cleaning specialists.
LumiClean reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking without penalty if the property conditions present a health or safety risk to our team.
04 — Pricing & Payment
Transparent pricing. Secure payment.
All prices are stated in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes. Payment is due and processed at the time of booking via our secure payment gateway.
Price changes — Quoted prices are locked in at the time of booking. We may revise pricing with 14 days’ notice; existing confirmed bookings are unaffected.
Additional charges — If a property requires significantly more time or effort than described at booking (for example, heavily soiled conditions), our specialist will discuss an adjustment before commencing work.
Recurring bookings — Pricing is confirmed at the start of each recurring plan and reviewed with at least 14 days’ advance notice of any changes.
05 — Cancellation Policy
Plans change. Here’s what to expect.
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is straightforward and applied to all booking types:

If LumiClean cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund and priority rebooking with a 10% discount on your next service. To cancel or reschedule, log into your account or email support@lumiclean.in.
06 — Property Access
Help us do our best work.
To ensure our team can perform work to the highest standard, please:
Ensure clear access to the property at the agreed appointment time.
Remove or secure fragile, sentimental, or particularly valuable items before the clean.
Inform us of any hazardous materials, pest issues, or specific health concerns relevant to our cleaning team.
Pet owners should ensure animals are safely contained or moved to a separate room during the service.
LumiClean is not responsible for damage to items that were not secured or prepared as reasonably requested.
07 — Damage & Liability
Fully insured. Fully accountable.
Every LumiClean professional is fully insured. In the unlikely event of accidental damage during a service:
Report the damage within 24 hours of your service at support@lumiclean.in.
Provide photographic evidence of the damage and any relevant purchase receipts.
We will investigate the claim within 3 business days and arrange repair, replacement, or fair compensation.
LumiClean is not liable for: pre-existing damage or wear not reported before the clean; damage resulting from items left unsecured; or indirect/consequential losses. Our maximum liability for any single incident is limited to the total cost of the service provided.
All damage claims are handled by our dedicated support team — not a chatbot. We take every report seriously and aim to resolve all claims within 3 business days.
08 — Satisfaction Guarantee
Not happy? We’ll come back — free.
Every LumiClean service is backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your clean, contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will dispatch a specialist to address the specific areas raised — at no extra cost.
The re-clean applies to the specific areas raised in the complaint and does not constitute an additional full-service appointment. Our guarantee does not apply where: the property was not prepared as requested prior to the clean; the dissatisfaction relates to circumstances outside our reasonable control such as restricted access; or the complaint is raised more than 24 hours after service completion.
09 — Your Responsibilities
A respectful partnership.
When using LumiClean services, you agree to:
Provide accurate information during booking and not misrepresent the scope or condition of the work required.
Treat our cleaning professionals with dignity and respect. Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour will result in immediate service termination and account suspension without refund.
Not directly solicit or hire LumiClean specialists outside the platform for 12 months following your last booking. Any breach is subject to a ₹15,000 referral fee.
Not use our services for any illegal purpose or in connection with any unlawful activity.
10 — Intellectual Property
The LumiClean brand is protected.
All content on lumiclean.in — including the LumiClean name, logo, visual identity, photography, copy, software, and service designs — is the intellectual property of LumiClean and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or use our brand assets or platform content without prior written permission from LumiClean. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
11 — Governing Law
Governed by the laws of India.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of LumiClean services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and LumiClean and supersede any prior agreements or understandings relating to our services.
